I paid for the Cart but put it in my son's name. I can't answer your question properly. I'm not going down if he has an accident or incident. I love him but he's over 21 and has his own decisions to make.
Me personally without insurance I wouldn't move any vehicle off my property. Never! Point well taken Stan The Man!
