Would never recommend American Home Shield. The home warranty came with our home purchase so we had them for one year.
Air conditioning went out about 5 months into owning our home, it took nearly two weeks to fix. Would have been a heck of a lot faster if we would have just used a local HVAC company and paid out of pocket.
