To be honest, I doubt there really is one specific model that is in the most demand. If I have to pick one it would be the Begonia/Gardenia models (they are basically the same thing, look at the layouts, I have never been able to figure out the difference, I would consider them the same model). Lantana's and Iris's are very popular too. We have a Jasmine and they are in great demand, but with your budget, I am guessing you want something bigger.
More importantly - why do you care???? Buy what you like.
