Teeth Are looked at when the Anesthesia team evaluates your ability to open your mouth and score from 1-4. You are asked if you have dentures or any loose teeth.
If Damage is noticed in pre-op, it is noted in chart, and Anesthesia record. Once in the Or any damage or loose teeth, not seen in preop is noted by Anesthesia, staff in the room, and charted.

If in fact damage is done to a tooth during intubation, it is noted on Anesthesia record, and chart.
