Something very interesting happens when you work here in The Villages. If you went to an eye specialty place like John's Hopkins and had cataract surgery, your surgeon would do about 8 to 10 a week and about 400 a year so maybe they would have done 2 or 3 thousand of these surgeries if your lucky. Here they do about 8 to 10 a day. Of the three surgeon's they have at Lake Eye, the one who has done the least has done over 12,000 of these surgeries.
