We bought now with plans to move there in a few years, with visits every year until then.
We thought of using a property management company until we heard the 18-20% fees. That plus the 9% Florida taxes have us looking to do it ourselves. However, we will use a home watch service, and are currently considering someone recommended by the villages agent that we bought the house through. They are just starting, though. Thanks for the contract suggestions. That's the thing most pressing on our minds.
