I like the idea of complaining anonymously if that is really true. Still, GG, I would wait and see what happens next. We live in a golf course senior community now and I know that people find out who files a complaint against them.
So if anyone can complain anonymously, everyone should file a complaint. GG said her house backs to the Odell rec center. The offending house shouldn't be too hard to spot. I'd like to see the fake flowers glued to the back wall. I know if I were in TV, I'd certainly drive by.
