Perhaps the lack of 4 car garage homes is due to lack of demand.
I know of a few in and around our neighborhood. Each of them was a remodel project and two more garages.
Then there are those that appear to be only 2 car garages but are actually 4....one car parked in front of the other.
For those who really want a 4 car garage there are ways to make it happen.....$$$...space available.
