Rare may be a little strong. I like the afternoon/evening also for the same reasons others have listed. Plus I’m one of those whacky seniors who just doesn’t like to get up and get busy early in the morning.
A perfect round of golf for me is one that I finish as the sun sets. And since I like playing nine holes sometimes, I can start as late as 7:00 during DST and finish easily. Beautiful.
Spring/Summer/Fall golf group(s) anybody?!?
