Stretch good for many reasons
My brother goes to the Stretch Zone in Spanish Springs. He is an incomplete quadriplegic and finds benefit in the stretching of muscles he cannot do on his own. As an aside to this, we are starting a SPI SPD (Spinal Cord Injury/Disease) Support Group. If there is anyone out there who is or knows someone who might like to attend please PM me here.
