Wife and I went today. I would say the vast majority of people who buy will be focused on the more affordable homes that were in the Linden area. These homes show there are still some reasonably priced homes with some nice features as long as your lot price isn’t too crazy. The homes in Marsh Bend had some really nice lanai features and many upgrades in the homes. But that is probably a small segment of buyers for those homes.
