We have the UHC Advantage plan and use Villages Heath. My wife has been to a number of specialists and the Villages Hospital many times, and also a number of other hospitals in the area

Everything was paid for, except co-pays (except there are no co-pays for Villages Health). In fact, one hospital offered a discount on the co-pay if we paid upfront.
