We used them many moons ago and our rep. w/ Relo had nothing but our best interest at heart and wasn't above lighting a fire under the realtor or movers as required. Back then it was a free service and if it still is - go for it. Things being what they are in the real estate and consequently moving business I would think it would be extra nice to have them in your corner. Good Luck
