Ultimate Granite on Rolling Acres Rd has the largest selection, in fact many installers will send you there to pick out your stone. In the last couple of years they've had their own installation crews and the reviews have been very good.

Granite is priced according to the grade, #3 the best, then #2 and #1. Ultimate's has been advertising sales in the Sun for the past few months, get a higher grade for the price of a lower grade. I haven't shopped in about five years, but last time Granite was about $32 - $35 a SF installed with a standard edge for level #1, then graduated up to about $65 a SF for the level #3. The edge that you choice can add to the cost, quite a lot if it's fancy triple edge, a standard edge is normally free. So the costs is based on the square footage that you want done, the level of granite and the edge. Also you might want a new undermount sink, which some installers will stock or you can go to a home improvement store. Also with granite you can go with a fancier faucet, so those have to be considered in the price.
