None of Us know what the management company rules are with the new apartments. They have their own pool, workout center, and dog park. Lease is one year, with no sublet.

It says "pet lawn" as opposed to dog park. I'm wondering if that's just a place to "water" your dog, or if it's an actual fenced-in dog park with all the usual dog park amentities (water provided, shade & cover provided, fencing, divisions for large and small dogs...)
