NJBlue, those were incorrect facts about the USA today. From an earlier post:

Per a conversation today with the USA Today distribution department, paper can be delivered or mailed to your home in TV, some areas of TV do not have carriers available.

I recommend locating the USA Today toll-free telephone number on their website and talking to them directly. They are very helpful. I don't believe there is a paper you cannot have delivered if the newspaper source is willing to do so.
