It really all boils down to the fact, that we pay a premium (compared to the conditions/cost of a lot of the out-of-the-bubble courses)...for being able to drive our golf carts straight to the courses.

"They"
are obviously of the mindset, that the greens fees should be based on..."whatever the market will bear."

While I'm not necessarily happy about it, the cost is still fairly minor...in the big scheme of things.

Although the one year increases seem steep, the convenience of using my own cart still wins out for me...and obviously for a whole lot of others.

And for those who play the executives (of which I don't)...the cost/value can't be matched anywhere else.
