I had a 16x20 room addition and 12x20 golf cart garage added last summer. I agree with Notgolfer that each job’s costs can differ significantly. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of my job and the price paid. I used Melton Construction of Fruitland Park. Everyone told me to expect construction to take 6 months. I had to wait about a month to get Melton but they started right after Memorial Day and finished by July 10. I strongly recommend that you get a quote from Melton to help you with your decision.
