Facts are helpful, guesses are welcome.
With all the land purchases the villages estimates room for 60,000 homes. With 1.8 per home that’s about 105,000 more people. Population now about 128,000 so estimate over 230,000 but that would be over 20 years from now given they sell 2500 new homes a year. We have had a booming economy for almost 10 years so a slowdown which will eventually come could make buildout longer
