I was in NOTHING but the same situation several years back and made a call to 352-753-0550 which I believe is Community Watch. They got me to the correct person and the answer at that time was 48 hour is the time limit in my Village. Excellent question and I'm glad you are getting off on the right foot by trying to follow the rules. Rules do change so make a phone call to the number I gave you. No permit was needed almost 4 years ago.
