I've used Kiley & Sons about 5 times over the years. I remember the first time I called both Kiley and Scott about replacing a disposal in the kitchen sink. Kiley charges by the hour and Mike Scott was by the job. They both stocked the same disposal, the Badger 1/2 hp, but Scott was fixed price for parts and labor (I think about $225) while Kiley was by the hour. He only took 1/2 an hour to do the disposal, so then I found a toilet that needed a gasket and I got both jobs done for the same 1 hour rate. Kiley & Sons have been very competent in everything, had them put in new faucets just a couple of months ago.
