It's always amazing how when a President's appoval rating drops below 50%, the herds come a'charging to run him out on a rail - yet when Congress' approval rating drops below 15%, over 90 percent of the incumbents are re-elected again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again.....

I guess it's always the other district's congressperson who is incompetent....
