Chelsea we had the same question too....when we went to the CDD class on Thursdays it helped....it really is an interesting class to help understand what the fees are for etc.....
I think we need to go back because even through a two hour session it was a lot to take in....
There are so many different aspects to the gov't and the fees and etc...etc...etc....
I believe the class is called CDD orientation....every Thursday at 10a....for two hours....at the Annex building in Laurel Manor....

Bring the tax bill with you....have them explain it....that's what we did!! LOL....I still don't get it fully
....but my better half does and I trust that....I just write the check!
