As mentioned, they wrap everything in foil. Each sandwich I've had ends up with an adequate roll/bun that is inedibly soggy on at least one end. I hate the soggy bun and tried getting the juice on the side a couple times but they don't give you enough to make it right.
There's just something missing and the servers don't know how to make an Italian Beef Sandwich (probably are from the East Side).
One of the biggest disappointments in my life!
