People with Covid-19 are not immune to OTHER things that might make them sneeze. This is also the end of the flu season and the start of the allergy season. And sometimes, people just sneeze because a little speck of dust flies into their nose and tickles it.

I sometimes will sneeze when I leave the house on a sunny day and look up in the direction of sunlight. Many people sneeze in supermarkets, because there's a lot of dust in supermarkets.

Hayfever happens even to people with Covid-19.

So sure - sneezing is not a symptom of Covid-19 but that doesn't mean "if they sneeze they don't have Covid-19." It just means "the sneeze had nothing to do with any Covid-19 they might or might not have."
