I am not sure Tim does STAIRS, I know he does the pull down LADDERS. There is a company that advertises in the Daily Sun that does the STAIRS. It is my understanding these are much more expensive than the ladder, and will need a larger hole in the ceiling, as well as new framing, so make sure whoever does these work is insured and licensed.
