We refinanced 3 months ago. Too early, now is a better time.
Even though they had our existing mortgage, Citizens First was going to charge us over $4000 in closing costs to refinance, We said no.
Went to VyStar Credit Union in Trailwinds Plaza. Good rate and no closing costs. None. We were only required to open a savings account and agree to keep the loan for 3 years.
