If you are referring to the primary care providers who work for The Villages Health facilities, then, the answer is NO. You must have the United Health advantage Part C plan, or the Florida Blue plan. They won't accept regular Part B Medicare or other insurance plans. But, the specialists at The Villages centers do accept regular Medicare and so do many independent providers in and around The Villages.
