I have a smaller 1040 sf house in the historic section, that I rent out on a monthly basis. I would like recommendation for a good, reliable cleaning service that will clean the house after a tenant has left...generally the last day of the month. Sometimes the tenant rents for 3 or 4 months (J/F/M), in which case, I would only need the cleaning service after the tenant has left. Other times, I need it if a tenant has only rented it a month...so I need a company that is flexible. The cleaner would have to commit to cleaning it on the last day of the month since that is when the renters leave and a new renter comes in the following day. Thanks...Dale
