Default How long for loan approval?
The bank isn't open yet and we are having second thoughts about how to pay for our home in TV when we close in Dec, so I have a question.

How fast can a loan be secured? All paperwork is in order and credit rating is tops. It would be a "bridge loan" being paid in full when we sell our other home.

We have made other arrangements and are prepared to pay, but getting a loan in TV may be better.
