I never mentioned martial law. Our civilian government is intact and there's no need or basis for it.
I think it's terribly naive to think 330 MILLION citizens would all agree to voluntarily self-quarantine. Since rapid eradication of the Covid-19 requires isolation to prevent spread, many in the infectious disease and scientific community recommend it.
