The people who came to fix the things he found said they preferred his inspections because he marks his findings with blue masking tape, so they don't have to hunt for them. You will get a final inspection report with pictures of each discrepancy. He found a crack in our stucco that he marked each end with tape. Even then, we couldn't find it. But the person who came to fix it did. And that's what counts. You may pay less for others but it's hard to believe there is anyone else more thorough.
