At the moment, I would agree with every word of the response, especially with regard to HIPPA. However, I assume HIPPA could indeed be modified to carve out the coronavirus given the massive level of ongoing concern. If there is a way to know if others have been directly exposed to a victim/carrier, they should be tested.
