At the moment I doubt the need is "urgent". But the announcement from Harbor Freight doesn't specify that the need has to be "urgent" to qualify for someone to send in a request.
Considering the rate at which the virus is spreading, and the fact that the virus has been diagnosed in all three Villages counties, I'd say there is a need - even if it isn't urgent - yet.
Even an extra case of gloves, masks, and shields could make a huge difference.
