We had a similar problem about six months ago. Our house is in Sunset Pointe built in 2005. We called the Warranty Department and they sent an inspector come out. The inspector then called Great Lakes Carpet & Tile (the installer) and they sent someone out to look at the problem. The bottom line was they rebuilt the whole shower stall at no charge to us. We were actually shocked that they covered the problem on a three year old house.
