And how do you enforce? The people couldn't comply with the 10 person guidance, they didn't observe distancing at the Squares and you expect them to comply with a crowd change rule? Villagers (yeah not all but many) could care less about others, hence the TP shortage, NY's escaping to Florida because they don't want to follow NY guidance and the non believers will make it difficult for the rest of us.
