Roscoe is an 8 year old male Yorkie and Dachshund mix. He is a lovable dog who will make a great companion. Although great with people that he knows, he is shy of introductions. He is fearful of humans initially, but warms up with time. Roscoe is a big lover and extremely loyal. He likes to stay close to his people. He is very affectionate and human focused. He gets along well with children and other dogs in our home. However, older children would be best. No aggression with food or toys. Listens well. He can be fearful so being around young kids that aren’t patient would not be a good fit. He is house trained and has not had one accident. His days are filled lounging on the tops of couches or in his bed with his pile of squeaky toys. He cannot have enough squeaky toys! Roscoe doesn’t mind car rides and likes to look out the window. He walks well in a harness and on a leash. He enjoys walks and spending time with you. He is content to sleep in a human bed on top of your pillow or his bed on the floor.
