We have a ranch home with a Vikrell shower enclosure - floor pan/drain section, three interlocking walls and glass door/wall. Initially a portion of the drywall at baseboard level opposite the shower head outside the glass wall was wet. There didn't seem to be any way for water to get there, but it was there none the less. After several attempts to fix the problem, the warranty guys sent a crew around to remove and totally reinstall the enclosure and in the course of doing so used around half a dozen tubes of silicon caulk to ensure water could not get through any cracks. Problem fixed
I've had nothing but positive experiences with the warranty people.
