I agree with most of what has been said in the replies IF it pertained to the average person, or maybe even the average millionaire. But I think the Multi-Billionaires of the world have a more public responsibility. They each have the financial wealth of a small country. That wealth represents resources so far beyond what any of them will ever need that how they are putting it to use is of public interest and should be openly shared at all times, not just during states of emergency or crisis.
