There is a group that has been working with 3D printers which will have members that should be able to help. From your brief description, I am sure you will need a 3D CAD program to create your models. These can use various file formats, so you may want to check what format your manufacturers prefer, AutoCad would probably be the default, but this is a very expensive piece of software.
