Sumter County has NO legal authority to issue any such orders; they can dictate whatever they want

but they have no such authority to enforce it! Does anyone believe because someone is elected to council that he/she has authority over OUR lives - only in very LIMITED circumstances. Don't "they" always say the land of the free" … I believe they've stopped saying the "home of the Brave"
