Is that all you are thinking about... money? The instructors for this are certified yearly, just like EMT's or other emergency personnel. Maybe we should do awway with ambulance services because they make money! ISR probably does make money from certifying instructors, but it is local swim schools that have certified instructors that the customer pays for lessons. But you seem to be missing the whole point, Russ, if this technique can save a life, wouldn't it still be better if there was a charge to learn it.
