Oh give me a break, does teaching a child to ride a bike decrease the fear of being on the street to the point that the child might do reckless things on purpose knowing that they have this skill?!!!!!................................
How did we ever live to our ripe old retirement age. Too darn much second guessing everything and everyone. No wonder our country is in such a mess.
