I would just like to add that it doesn't matter whether you are speeding, going too slow or not paying attention. just as is the case with an automobile, a golf cart is not a toy. It can cause serious injury and should be treated with respect. I was run over from behind last April while walking to my car in Spanish Springs. I will never walk without pain again nor can I walk anything more than a short distance.
