If I answered that question the post would be deleted but it seems pretty obvious why it SHOULD be different (better) than many other places especially if you watch the news. Generally speaking Florida is one of a number of states that has got supposedly got most everything it asked for wrt Covid supplies. That's why the lack of testing surprises me.
