Yes, there are Youtube videos. It is a very easy, but somewhat messy DIY job. You just remove some screws, take the housing apart to expose the gears, remove the old grease, and then pack new grease around the gears. I don't think there is any oil, just the special Kitchenaid grease. Sometimes, oil will leak out of the mixer when the grease has separated because you haven't used the mixer enough. If that is the problem, you may want to try using it more often to mix the grease.
