It's interesting that right under that YAHOO article there is another one:"Trump adviser warned of millions of virus deaths in January. Trump says he saw the memo only this week."
Hmm is there some other aspect of this "conspiracy" that we need to examine? Why wasn't there someone to make sure that our president was made aware of these memos?
