And when you have it all figured out on your slide rule, make a contemplated, rational,wise decision, your quiet neighbor sells out to landlord who rents out to a helicopter couple named “Murphy”with their 50 yo unemployed thrice divorced druggie son who has part time custody of his confused sons and a lot of similar friends. Yikes!
