My wife and I were both tested at the Polo Grounds and were very impressed how quickly and politely it all went. Only problem is that while my wife got her (negative) results via email in just three days, it has now been 13 days for mine. Obviously, there was a "glitch" in the reporting system, and that's understandable, but I have been unable to contact anyone to request my results. Have tried the email address that originated our appointment, calling UF Health, and my doctor's office. No luck with any of them. Does anyone have contact information that I can try? Thanks much.
