And some people generalize. Majority of dog owners are NOT inconsiderate or you would see dog shyt everywhere. As long as villages allows 2 per per household (nobody monitoring) if will probably get worse. Villages full of rule breakers IMO most villagers are inconsiderate. IMO when stacked I like sardines, only one pet allowed. Or no pets. But that’s not the case is it. Get use to it or get gone.
